BURKE, Justice. This appeal raises the question whether an indemnity provision in a state airport concession lease requires the lessee to
indemnify the state for a settlement, costs, and attorney's fees resulting from an injury sustained by an employee of the
lessee. The superior court ruled that the state was entitled to indemnity as a matter of law. We affirm.
